At Turner House, each ceramic piece is individually handcrafted. Because of the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our pottery, all sales are final.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Handmade Variations

Natural variations in glaze, texture, and form are part of the handmade pottery process. These characteristics are intentional and not considered defects.

Each piece is unique.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Turner House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Local Pickup Orders

Items purchased for local pickup are considered final sale once reserved.
